1Dr Joia Mukherjee is Medical Director of Partners in Health and a 1992 graduate of the University of Minnesota Medical School.
2Jim Northrup is a Native American elder, storyteller, and author who receives care for his diabetes from Tribal Health Services in Minnesota. He speaks, writes, and performs stories about his life experiences.
